At the foundation of our product development principles lies good design.

We strive for our products to simultaneously be beautiful and functional. It is the responsibility of the design team to strike this balance - creating value the customer can see, in an experience they'll feel.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize and enhance our Atomic Design System
  • Identify new styles and components and create them in the design system
  • Improve existing components to be more flexible and reusable in a wide variety of applications
• Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces in Figma
  • Implement design system components and styles to create beautiful, high-fidelity screen UIs
  • Combine collections of screens together to form interactive user flows, and ultimately a prototype which mirrors the experience of the final product
• Work in a cross-functional design team
  • With other UI designers to ensure a consistent aesthetic across different sections of the product
  • With UX designers to provide creative vision on the appearance of the user experience
• Serve as a UI representative to development scrum teams
  • Oversee and test the implementation of the user interface in production-ready code
  • Be a point of contact for the team for any UI related questions
  • Triage any developer issues or feedback with the design and work with the larger design team to make changes as necessary
