What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 5-7 developers by the principles of Agile development to adopt the scrum methodology
• Facilitate Sprint ceremonies in accordance with Scrum
  • Sprint Planning - sizing and defining work items into the sprint commitment according to priority
  • Daily Stand-ups - ≤15 minute daily check-ins with the team on progress
  • Sprint Review - Presentations at the end of a sprint to the company showcasing what the team built
  • Sprint Retrospective - End-of-sprint meetings with the team to reflect and improve upon process
• Poll team members’ capacity/availability and proactively manage sprint delivery expectations
• Track key agile metrics and contribute to centralized metrics dashboard
  • Team Capacity (time available per sprint), Team Velocity (story points delivered per sprint), Sprint burn-down charts, etc.
• Create a collaborate team environment and drive culture
  • Respond and resolve team members’ blockers and dependencies
  • Organize team bonding events
